For bookings of 7 nights or more, cost per cabin includes a welcome pack, plus a towel and a bedding exchange.

 Car hire is recommended  - airport pickup is available, price on request.

  Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the entire or part of your holiday, you must write or email us. Cancellation will take place on the day we receive your instruction. The closer your cancellation is to the arrival date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling the holiday. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as your arrival date approaches as shown below.

 More than 8 weeks prior to arrival date – Your deposit will be returned.

 56 – 43 days prior to arrival  date 20% of the cost of your holiday.

 42 – 29 days prior to arrival date 40% of the cost of your holiday.

 28 – 22 days prior to arrival date 60% of the cost of your holiday.

 21 – 15 days prior to arrival date 80% of the cost of your holiday.

 14 – 0 days prior to arrival date 100% of the cost of your holiday.

 If we are able to resell all or part the cancelled dates, we will refund you the difference for the number of days sold minus a small administration charge of £5.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday at any point prior to your arrival date you will receive a 100% refund of the payment you have made, plus a compensation payment as follows:

 More than 8 weeks prior to arrival date – £0 per Adult.

 56 – 43 days prior to arrival date - £10 per Adult.

 42 – 29 days prior to arrival date - £15 per Adult.

 28 – 22 days prior to arrival date - £20 per Adult.

 21 – 15 days prior to arrival date – £25 per Adult.

 14 – 0 days prior to arrival date - £30 per Adult.
